| « 1. What are the Members, Participants, Treatments and Months? | |
| Members | Everyone who has registered. |
| Participants |
Members who meet the following criteria: |
| Treatments | Total number of specified treatments over all participants. Some participants have multiple treatments. |
| Months | Total number of months entered by the participants. |
| « 2. Who are behind this site? |
| Check the About us section and our Facebook page for the story behind this site. |
| « 3. What do I have to do when I have restenosed? |
| Please contact your contact person to get instructions. |
| « 4. Why and where do I login? |
| As a participant you have to login to enter your tracking data or see other participants' tracking. Please click on the participants picture (the second picture on the left). You have 3 chances to login with your username and password. If your password is revoked, please contact your contact person. |
| « 5. I can't login, what do I have to do? |

Please check the password you have received in the mail. Make sure you type in the right username and password, they both are case sensitive. The easiest way is to copy and paste your password. It is possible to change your password before you login. The steps for changing the password are: Please contact your contact person if you still can't login or have forgotten you password. |
| « 6. Where do I start filling in? |

| « 7. How do I get more information about the questions? |
If you click on information you can get help and an explanation on the terms. This works throughout the site. |
| « 8. Can I correct my answers? |
| There always is the possibility to correct your input in the Personal Information, CCSVI Treatment and Monthly Tracking. Please, be sure you're correcting the right month (check it on top of the 'Monthly Tracking' form). By clicking Send... your changed answers will be saved. |
| « 9. I received an error code, what do I have to do? |
| You need to save your data by clicking on Send... in a 3 hour window after logging in. |
| « 10. Graphs: What is the difference between 'sensitivity' and heat sensitivity? |
| Sensitivity' is the category of different sensory disturbances. 'Heat sensitivity' is part of the category 'temperature sensitivity'. |
| « 11. Graphs: Why can't I view the Participant Graphs? |
| Only participants can access this section of the website, after they logged in. |
| « 12. Personal Information: Do I have to change my highest EDSS when my EDSS-score deteriorates after the treatment? |
| The highest EDSS is the highest EDSS ever outside the MS-attacks. So if there is a change in that value after the treatment, this has to be corrected. |
| « 13. Personal Information: What do the abbreviations IBT and LDN mean? |
IBT means Inclined Bed Therapy and LDN means Low Dose Naltrexone. If you click on information you can get help and an explanation on these terms. |
| « 14. Treatment: Do I have to fill in all veins? |
| Only the veins that have been treated need to be filled in. The other veins stay at 'None'. |
| « 15. Tracking: I only can fill in the first month, what do I have to do? |
| If you fill in a new month you are automatically positioned in the new month in the right form. This is populated with the data of the previous month. You need to correct these data if there is any change in your symptoms. After you're done you click SEND to save the data of the new month. |
| « 16. Tracking: Do I have to fill in the professional examinations? |

The professional examinations of questions 1, 2 and 3 need to be filled in. If these tests have been performed by a professional, please check the box. The professional examinations of questions 5, 12 and 17 only need to be filled in when these tests have been performed by a professional. When you check the box, additional questions are displayed. |
